The main purpose of Friends of the Oak Cliff Cultural Center (OC3) is to support the Oak Cliff Cultural Center’s programming and interests. Friends of OC3 is a community committed to shaping the arts and cultural experience for the Oak Cliff Community through the Oak Cliff Cultural Center.
