WHAT WE’RE ABOUT
Friends of the Oak Cliff Culture Center (OC3) support the growth and impact of the Oak Cliff Cultural Center with advocacy and fundraising. We are committed to the development and growth of quality intercultural arts in Oak Cliff and the city of Dallas.
Oak Cliff Cultural Center History
The main purpose of Friends of OC3 is to support Oak Cliff Cultural Center’s programming and interests.
In August of 2010, Oak Cliff Cultural Center (OC3) opened its doors, officially replacing the Ice House Cultural Center, which closed in September of 2009. For over a decade, the Ice House Cultural Center provided Oak Cliff and the surrounding communities with diverse art and cultural experiences.
The Oak Cliff Cultural Center, owned and operated by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture, features an art gallery and multi-purpose studio, and continues the tradition of cultural service ushering a new era of artistic and cultural opportunity.
